The VPN Service's performance, including coverage, speed, quality, and server location, may vary, and the Service may be unavailable due to factors such as third-party service failure, emergencies, equipment or transmission issues, network limitations, interference, or signal strength. DefTech Pro is not liable for any failure to maintain the accuracy, quality, security, or confidentiality of your data, messages, or pages, whether or not the failure is attributable to service interruptions or performance issues.

By using the DefTech Pro service and its content, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DefTech Pro and its employees, members, directors, agents, suppliers, and affiliated companies and their employees, agents, directors, shareholders, and members from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the service and content, including any violation of this agreement. DefTech Pro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to undertake the defense and control of any matter for which you are obligated to provide indemnification. However, this does not relieve you of your indemnification obligations.
